How do I buy a product from the website?

To purchase a product on our website, you'll need to click on the product you want to buy. Once on the product page, choose your size and color, and add the product to your cart. Finally, click on the cart icon and follow the steps to fill in your details and choose your payment method. Once confirmed, you'll receive an email with your order. Easy, right?

How do I choose the size?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Due to our production methods, there may be times when garments are out of stock, as we are a small brand that wants to avoid stock surpluses and be more sustainable. In this case, we cut and sew the garment for you. This process takes about four days; depending on the time of year, it may take a few days longer, such as during sales or Christmas.

For other items, shipping will take place within a maximum of two days.

From then on, they deliver within 1-5 business days . For delivery times to the islands or outside of Spain, please inquire.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Shipments are processed through Correos, using a certified national package. When your order is ready, you will receive an email confirming completion. This means it has left my workshop. From then on, delivery takes 1-5 business days . Please inquire about delivery times to the islands or outside of Spain.

What are the shipping rates?

Shipping will be free for orders over 150 euros, and for orders under 150 euros, it costs 6.50 euros (Spain).

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, of course. Shipping is also via Correos, using an international certified package. You'll receive it within 7 to 15 days. The cost is €9.95 + VAT.

Is there a tracking number for my order?

Of course, you will receive an email with your order's tracking number once your package has shipped.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

How do I exchange a size or garment?

When the garment arrives and you want to exchange it for a different size or something else, the first thing you have to do is send me an email to junitoscloset@gmail.com indicating the order number and request the exchange within 10 days of receiving the garments. I will respond with approval. To be able to exchange a size, it is essential that the garment is in the same condition as it arrived, with the tag and unwashed. From there, I will respond with the address where to send the garments, and you can send the garment to my workshop, usually by certified mail, so I can track it. I will take care of receiving it and sending you the size or garment you requested in your email.

How do I return clothes if I don't see myself wearing them?

I'm sorry you didn't like it. You can write to me at junitoscloset@gmail.com and I'll arrange a return for your order. I'll reply with the address where to send the items, and once received, the refund will be processed, excluding the initial shipping cost, in the same way you made the payment. You can choose between two options: a coupon for the order amount to spend in the future, or a refund (excluding shipping). If you choose the latter, you must request a refund within 10 days of receiving it. Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or incorrect. If I made a mistake, my apologies. Please send me an email to junitoscloset@gmail.com and I'll resolve it as quickly as possible.

SUSTAINABILITY

Where are Junito's Closet garments produced?

All production is carried out entirely in Spain, with great care. From the printing of the fabrics to the final stitch, your garments are finished in local workshops. Where we work closely with professionals who ensure every detail. I like to do things well and locally.

The natural fabrics are printed with pigments and inks, in addition to being OEKO-TEX certified, are also GOTS certified.

The printing technique for synthetic fabrics is sublimation, which involves transferring ink through heat and pressure to permanently fix it into the polyester fibers. This process guarantees high-definition colors and designs, as well as excellent durability and resistance to the passage of time. Sublimation inks are OEKO-TEX certified, water-based, reducing the use of chemicals and solvents, and do not generate toxic waste. Sublimation paper can be reused or recycled, and the ink is completely absorbed into the fabric, reducing cross-contamination.
